Career Agents, Full and Part-time Marketers
We at Tri-Towne have a great opportunity for those who want to embark on a challenging and rewarding self managing career as an agent. Our compensation plan provides new business compensation and additional residual income at each policy renewal cycle. Enjoy the freedom of mobility, flexible scheduling and socilize as you earn compensation. A position is also available for those whose interest may be just to subsidize their current income as an account marketer, which does not require the level of challenge involved in the career agent role. We train all accepted applicants for both positions (call for details).
The role of an Agent is to manage client accounts through consultation, sale of insurance products and servicing of the client relationship.
The role of an Account Marketer is to promote the agency, and provide business opportunities to the agency through referral contacts.
Our compensation plan for all positions is paid on a 1099 independent contractor basis which allows you to work with freedom of time and location without payroll tax deductions. For those who are unemployed, we even have a plan that can support trainees so they can maintain their unemployment status without interruption as they gain traction in a new career.
Our schedule of compensation is on a commission basis per policy issued. Agents have the benefit of growing their income every year through the renewels of their clients existent accounts as well as added new accounts. Marketers make extra income compensation through their referral role. Marketers can work around their own schedule in coordination with our agents and get compensated upon issuance of a new policy.
